Poké Ball Factory
Here, you may cook Apricorns to turn them into rare Poké Balls. You may craft up to three Poké Balls per week per character. To craft Poké Balls, you need to purchase an Apricorn Case from the Pokémon Mart. Apricorn colors are listed below.
Red Apricorn - Level Ball
Works well when the Pokémon is more than 5 levels below yours.
Pink Apricorn - Love Ball
Works well against opposite gender Pokémon or Pokémon under the effects of Attract
Orange Apricorn - Sun Ball
Works well if the Pokémon evolves via a non-Stone item.
Yellow Apricorn - Moon Ball
Works well if the Pokémon evolves via any Stone (not just Moon Stone).
Green Apricorn - Friend Ball
If the Pokémon you catch evolves via friendship, it can evolve immediately after bring caught
Blue Apricorn - Lure Ball
Works well on Pokémon lured with a Fishing Rod.
Purple Apricorn - Pixie Ball
Works well on Tiny! and Small Pokémon.
Black Apricorn - Mammoth Ball
Works well on Large and Huge! Pokémon.
White Apricorn - Fast Ball
Can be lobbed at a fleeing Pokémon for a final chance to catch them.
How to Craft
You need three matching Apricorns to craft a Poké Ball. Then you can cook them! Just be careful - it's possible to burn them by accident!
First, you will need to fill out the below form in this thread for each separate type of Poké Ball you are trying to make, then Mod Call.
Apricorn Color:
Apricorn Number: How many Apricorns of this color are you using? This should be a multiple of 3 - this way, you can try to craft 2 Poké Balls using 6 Apricorns, etc.
Continue if Burned? If you accidentally burn an Apricorn but have enough to replace it, would you like mods to go ahead and take it to finish the recipe? More on burning below.
Roll: Use the [ roll ] code (no spaces) here.
The Content Moderator will add your Cooking Skill to your roll.
If your total is less than 10, or you roll a natural 1, you have burned all your Apricorns, rendering them useless.
If your total is between 11 and 25, you have burned one Apricorn, rendering it useless.. If you have indicated you want to have Content Moderators take an extra Apricorn to finish your recipe, they will do so. Otherwise, your attempt simply fails.
If you roll at 26 or higher after modifiers, you succeed.
If you roll a natural 80 or higher, you gain +1 Cooking Skill, but this cannot raise your Cooking higher than 5. You need a natural 90 or higher to raise it higher than 10 this way, a natural 95 or higher to raise it higher than 15 this way, and a natural 99 or 100 to raise it higher than 15.
If you roll a natural 90 or higher, you managed to craft the Poké Ball using 2 Apricorns instead of 3.
