"Alright, Alluvium! Time to ride ya! Are you ready?"
Admittedly I had no idea what this human child wanted. Riding me is fine and dandy, but... from what I heard from the Chief- I mean Riku, our Boss isn't quite the "regular human child". He warned me that our Boss... very reckless so to say. I have heard some of his Pokemon reiterates their own experience on our Boss. If I have to sum it up in one sentence...
Is this kid really one who got hurt few years ago from Pokemon rampage?
It's not that I don't trust the Chief... but... Boss is very fearless. One day he asked me to ram on him while he strengthened his body with aura. I of course held back significantly before hitting him, but to my surprise, he was really serious about his training. He trains like how he trains his Pokemons, and needless to say... it was quite demanding. But the same as he demanded, we're also free to demand for him. It's a two way road that I have never comprehended. I thought it would be fine if I follow the strong as long as I'm safe and the pack is safe. Admittedly I voiced out my anger over some Pokemons that came after me that come to demand things from him out of sudden! What is this, don't they have respect?
Yet the Chief rebuked me, and told me that the boss already declared that they shouldn't hold back when it comes to him. I was shocked, but I apologized, slightly insincerely to my liking. However, I think I just had no idea what am I doing wrong... at least until today.

Our first attempt ended badly. I had no idea how bad I was at having someone on top of me. I sent the Boss flying!! I quickly approached the boss in worry. That's it, I thought... I'll be probably kicked out of the pack, but he...
"Ahahaha! Oh dear! Sorry, was that a bit too sudden?"
Tetsu indeed has tossed off Alluvium, but it's clear that he doesn't mind it the slightest. If anything, he was laughing. What just happened? When Tetsu rides the Tauros, he ordered it to go as fast as he could. However when it was time to brake, the Tauros was unable to brake on time and ended up launching the teen. It was a bit sudden, but Tetsu managed to soften his landing by first using both of his arms (reinforced) to hit the ground first and change his position so that he's more ready to kill the momentum with some rolls. He ended up hitting a tree, but his momentum already pretty much slowed down than the initial one, and so he was fine.
"Ahahaha! Oh boy, been so long since the last time I did that!"
"No, I don't think this is a laughing matter", I thought as I approached the Boss. He looked fine, but I know best how strong we Tauros are. Even my brother was concerned, and looked like he would like to refuse to be ridden next... but the boss shook his head as if nothing was wrong.
"You two, trust in me. I'm tougher than I look. You two wanted a strong trainer, right? I'm going to prove it to you here and now, I'm a strong trainer."

The next phase was much better. Tetsu managed to control Alluvium's wild ride. Alluvium in return understood his trainer better and is matching his pace with his trainer's. So far so good. There are a bit of a hitch in Alluvium's gait because he was afraid to launch his trainer again. However, it's much better than before and certainly they're getting somewhere. Tetsu rubbed Alluvium's back. "It's alright to not hold back again you know? We'll find a balance between two of us, and then we'll work together, sounds good?"
The Tauros only can moo. Looks like he has yet fully confident on his own self. Tetsu can't help but to smile and pat his back. "Alluvium is such a serious one, aren't you? ...but exactly because you're serious like this I'm confident that you can understand my point, and work together with me. I know that you will see that it's not your fault, and that we just have to meet each other midway... Let's try again?"

"Now, let's show the boulder there who's the boss! Ram through it!" There's something reassuring about Tetsu proudly ordering him like that. Alluvium responded in kind, running as fast as he could. He lowered his head down, horns pointing at the boulders. The moment he hits it, the boulder shattered. However, now with both party knowing how strong the impact would be and how to brake, Tetsu stayed on place on the back of Alluvium.
"See? Told you we can do it!
